Program:
On April 23-24, scientists from academia and industry will meet in San Francisco to discuss inter-relationships of protein sequence, structure, and function and their relevance for structure-based drug design. Initiatives underway to sequence the human genome, as well as those of other species, provide many new targets for drug discovery. The meeting is chaired by Professors Peter Kollman, Ken Dill, and Irwin Kuntz. All who are interested in the assignment of functional relationships of proteins aided by three-dimensional structural homology and in structure-based drug design are invited to attend this stimulating meeting, including experts at the interface of chemistry, structural biology, and functional genomics. Poster sessions provide the opportunity for all who attend to present their recent results.

Registration :
The registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch each day and dinner Friday evening (April 23). Please register early, space is limited. Please mail your payment of $375. (non-profit) or $775. (corporate) and make checks payable to UC Regents.
