If paid from public funds the participation fee is only 14.900 BEF,
if paid for by Industry it is 20.000 BEF. A LImited number of grants
is availlable. Requests to be based on both contribution to
the congress and social situation of the applicant.
Program:
Nine four day symposia: Agro-food, Health, Environment, Life Sciences,
Physical Sciences, Informatics,Engineering and Manufacturing Sciences,
Social Sciences all of course in their relation to Biotechnology.
Four theme days, Agro-food, Health, Environment, Chemicals,
Concurrent with Biotop99, a major biotechnology exhibition
on the interface of exhibition and congress, daily poster sessions,
interactive courses,
