Program:
This will be the first international meeting on Microbial Pathogenesis and Host Response at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. The meeting will focus on the genetic analysis of virulence mechanisms of bacterial and fungal pathogens and the host response to infection. It will include talks by invited speakers, talks and poster sessions from participants who submit abstracts, and a workshop on the use of genomics to elucidate virulence genes.
