It gives me special pleasure to invite you to participate in the 1st International Congress on Weak and Hyperweak
Fields and Radiations in Biology and Medicine which will include a conference, seminars, exhibition and sale
of instrumentation, drugs and books, round table meetings, presentation of companies, extensive cultural programme,
including White Nights entertainments.
The Congress will offer the participants wide opportunities for learning for learning global experience gained in this field.

Program:
The Congress is devoted to topical directions of biophysics, biology, medicine and ecology connected with studying the mechanisms underlying the effects of weak and hyperweak electromagnetic, magnetic, gravitational and acoustic radiations and fields on biological objects and also with ecological and medical consequences of those effects.
The Congress programme will include a conference, seminars, specialized exhibition and sale of instrumentation, drugs and books, round table meetings, extensive cultural programme. The Congress will be opened with a welcome reception.
Major topics to be discussed at the seminars:
1. Mechanisms underlying the effects of weak and hyperweak fields and radiations of electromagnetic, gravitational and acoustic nature on biological objects;
2. Medical applications of the field and radiation effects (medical magnetology, short wave therapy, laser and laser-magnetic therapy, electropuncture diagnostics, etc.);
3. Biophysical, biochemical, immunological and ecological consequences of the weak and hyperweak field and radiation effects, low doses and concentrations of biologically active substances;
4. Topical problems of rhythmology in biology and medicine;
5. New instruments and methods based on the application of weak and hyperweak fields and radiations for research, diagnostics, and medical treatment.
The following topics will be discussed at the round table meetings:
1. Thereshold doses: whether they exist or not.
2. Energy and information fields in organic and inorganic nature.
During the Congress you will have a chance to go sightseeing in St.Petersburg and its environs, visit the theatres and museums, attend the leading scientific and medical institutions.
