Program:
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement, an independent
non-profit organization working to improve health care
quality in the U.S. and Canada, will be presenting the
results of a year long study focused on reducing delays and
waiting times in health care.

The focus of the National Congress will be on reducing delays
in four key areas: access to services, emergency department
and laboratory turnaround, surgery, and office visits.
Participants will learn effective methods for eliminating
procedures that cause system delays, and will leave with
the practical tools and contacts needed to facilitate
progress in their own organizations.
