Purpose of Conference: The purpose of ATACCC 96 is to bring together the
Defense Technology Community (National Laboratories and Industry) and the
Operational Military Medicine and Mass Casualty Communities to enhance
communication, improve technology transition and identify new and
innovative applications. Current technologies and operational requirements
will be highlighted with a variety of briefings, live fire and operational
demonstrations. The conference is sponsored by the US Army Medical
Research and Materiel Command Combat Casualty Care Research Program and the
Defense Alliance for Advanced Medical Technology.
