In celebration of the bicentenary of Edward Jenner's smallpox vaccination a full day plenary symposium on the first day will cover:
Vaccination and immunotherapy: from Jenner to the 21st century
Six half day themed symposia are planned for the second day:@1. Classical and non-classical MHC, intracellular assembly of class II
2. Tolerance, autoimmunity and immunotherapy
3. Induction of mucosal immunity and vaccines
4. Complement activation
5. Extracellular matrix, adhesion and homing
6. T cell development, differentiation and cytokine biasing@
