Invited Speakers: Speakers will include Faculty of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and distinguished invited speakers from the U.S. and from abroad.
Program:
The aim of the course is to review recent advances in cancer genetics, based on the notion - now an established fact - that cancer is a genetic disorder of somatic cells. The course will focus particularly on the mechanisms whereby inherited and somatic mutations cause cancer; and on how molecular analysis is impacting clinical management.
In order to achieve its educational objectives, the course will comprise three parts: (1) Foundations: (2) Methodologies; (3) Systemic Review.
