Program:
This hands-on course is a two-day computer laboratory designed for all healthcare executives and personnel involved in quality improvement initiatives. Participants should be familiar with the fundamental principles of continuous quality improvement.

Instructional methods will include lecture, guided tutorials, and independent exercises exploring methods of data analysis using software applications such as Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visio in quality improvement research projects.

(An optional two-hour, evening introductory session will be offered to cover PC fundamentals, Windows basics, and other computer skills needed to keep pace with the laboratory activities.)
