Program:
This is an integrated lecture and laboratory course designed
to provide an introduction to recombinant DNA methodology.
An approach emphasizing both principles as well as
methodology, provides the scientist with the basic information
required to fully utilize the technology. The laboratory
portion of the course extends and expands upon the topics
covered in lecture while providing scientists with
"hands-on" familiarity with the corresponding methods.
