We are in the process of researching use of green industrial methods for construction of building infrastructure and equipment for scientific use in the laboratory using new "Fusion Technology" that is cheaper, of sound engineering principles (e. g. seismically sound) and has reduced carbon fingerprinting in the environment. These are features for its advantages: - Cheaper option cf. to poolside facilities (rectangular of kidney shaped) as a double walkin cabinet affair with a foundation laid of gravel and sand, resin (e. g. our own hypothetical IPBN vamp material) fused with wood primarily and then bullet-proof strong, impact resistant acrylic and polycarbonate plastic for strength with metal clasped framing.
- Suitable for our local Arctic rainforest weather with 2 1/2 mos. in the Winter from Jan.-midMarch peak use with the Hot Tub and more year round use with the sauna.
- Plastic is recyclable waterproof and moldable with the wood frame and metal to fusion and sourceable through as a recyclable from crushed, shredded and washed plastic bulk in pellets.
- Allied appliance industrial items include equipment like humidifier, steam generator, sanitation filters.
- Allied fields in employment include on-call cosmetologists/masseuse for therapy and Japanese aroma therapists, clothing/apparel, and manufacuturing of bluetooth headsets and cell phones for music and as PADs for viewing entertainment.
- A disadvantage if choosing this new construction add-on is that stand-alone houses with square area or footage is usually stipulated or desired.
- Laboratory rooms and buildings including temporary mobiles and hoods are e. g. of construction for the science application.
Use of building remodeling vs. outfitting or upgrading to improve value in property is currently being market studied as a possibility for this new technology with site installation in the trades with facilities in manufacturing similar to operational businesses in industry like Windows by Anderson (R), British Columbia Canada. The market studies should demonstrate what is redoundable, dependable and a continuing product for the future based on consumer opinion.
