Description:
Fibro-Biologics utilizes sourcing of information on sugarcane, agave and seagrass varieties as fibroin feedstock resources for manufacturing scaled up fermentation for SCP, producing peptones enriched media, and glucose syrup, from genetically bred and enzymatically treated ligno-cellulose from plant cropping, via enzymic hydrolysis, and glucose in complete media (with NPN) and via solid-substrate fermentation for inoculum, both for making 'clean meat' protein products from mammalian cell fermentation such as: duck cell-based meat, chicken cell-based meat, egg white from poultry, deli - like meatballs, hot dogs and sausages and dairy products like milk food products (MFP) used to make cheeses and creamed dairy such as whipping cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream and yoghurt (e. g. applications are whipped confectioners yogurt and cream cheese confectionaries for cakes, cookies and pastries). It is predicted that these will be available in the marketplace by this year 2021/22 - following scale-up success expected through advances in industrial technology. Other products we are following are fibro-derived bioethanol and biokerosene also new developments arising in Latin America. These are featured in our entry on this web portal at: Bio-kerosene, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia CA V3B 1G3. (c) D. A. Flores. SKYE BLUE INTERNET. Port Coquitlam. BC. Canada V3B 1G3.
