Socio-economics in countries or regions around the earth can sometimes be deceiving seemingly mired in deep-seated problems based on barriers and challenges on historical or human experience, materialism or its lack and the need for social reform of the human condition or experience, legal reform and enforcement and and military and material guarantees to security in order to preserve fundamental civil rights in the code book.
What we prize, champion and believe in is the role technology can provide as a tool to unleash the human will and spirit in order to harness the intellectual power and prowess of the human mind in order to produce goods and services, thereby providing much needed tangible and non- tangible benefits to that part of human kind.
We call for massive resources mobilization and civic planning to settle and help support large portions of the relatively poor human populations in NE Brazil impoverished by lack of reasonable subsistence and also the role technology transfer will play in developing their communities in both rural and semi-urban areas outside city propers there.

We are named after the northeastern sector in tropical northern Queensland utilizing technology as the essential ingredient in bringing about socio-economic and cultural progress in the developing NE Brasilierao sector or the northeast of Brazil. "Yeast bagasse" technology will move in and utilize other grassy (and other pithy plant crops) that grows like sugarcane, switchgrass & miscanthus. There are now such wild grasses being planned for use in the country of Vietnam in the SE Asian region. Climactic zones include both rainforest rain-fed and irrigated areas in Brazil. Feedlot animal systems for production of both large and smaller livestock will be used. Economic regeneration of northeastern Brazil, like the Batangas region in the Philippines, would produce beef (e. g. porc meat loaf & corned beef - which requires little cooling) and dairy (for e. g. as with cheese, condensed and evaporated milk, powdered cream for coffee and chocolate-making) are food products that directly derive from the meat & dairy industries. These agri-food ideas will revitalize the sugar industry by diversifying sugar production: cropping such as non-sugar cane spp. cropping and leguminous haulms for bioenergy production and others such as wheat, rice, manioc, corn and legume grains and for food production. They will revitalize food manufacturing and processing including packaging, transport industries, energy sector and import-export industries.
In feeds processing of animal livestock socio-cultural game changers are: 1) non-GMO PNA-B12 on ureolysis of common FCR of straw, stover and haulms, 2) "Yeast bagasse" and 'Yeast pulp" (the latter just a proposal at this time but viable for wood milling areas found in the Amazonian forests of Brazil), 3) non-GMO PNA-B12 SSF of bagasse, stover and straw and 4) SSF of aquatic plant spp. for even greater energy yield in production and feed nutrification. We will outline more to come that could help further develop the NE sector of Brazil in the near future. Here we highlight crop and feeds processing or manufacturing technologies with less energy and chemical inputs. More organic approaches and sustainable ones are being conceived of at "Skye Blue" for this purpose.
Australia is in fact in a planning stage to deliver solar-powered electricity/battery power or technology to its hi-tech industry sectors in terms of electronic use or devices, vehicular transport or commute vehicles, extreme tracking transport vehicles and very advanced aereospace travel and exploration, as examples, of potential use and in future. The attendant industry of mining the ore-bearing enriched Mn (maganese) from the ocean floor around Oceana in the Pacific is right at their doorstep and complements demand by batteries manufacturing. Around the world, battery power sourced from solar cell technology will require more expansive and extreme solar irradiation available geographically in regions such as the Outback Down Under (in Australia), Mexico, New Mexico/Arizona in the U.S. A., as examples, and the northeastern quarter or sector of Brazil. In the long term this will help upon mobilization of solar technology a cooling effect on weather patterns on the earth's surface perhaps with benefits to protecting against very potentially destructive brushlit wildfires with our so-called man-made climate change going on in weather patterns. Mass manufacturing of solar cell or paneling is not cheap and needs a break even point before they become more mass available to the industry or people, even true in a country like Australia. Such will form 'Solar Farming' for electrical energy generation outside the localized or municipal electrical grids for electric utilities. One plus we wo uld like to mention here as an example is both 'cooling' of the atmosphere from gathering solar radiation and more readily available air conditioning. In countries like Canada where there is Winter that intersperses during the year the approach of using more nuclear power to spare fossil fuel use may also be combined with battery power for intermittent storage use.
The socio-cultural committee in our Principal's Negros Oriental home province of the Philippine Islands in their local university calls for apropos technology that are a good fit for the ethno-practices, edu-cultural know-how, political basis, the natural resource base, clime and reasons for economic subsistence like we would like to intend for the Brazilian NE sector currently proposed for 'zero' transmigration excepting influx of semi-urban-, urban-, and rural-to-rural relocation preserving human capital resources including talent due to what we term as 'cultural conservancy' as is believed to be present in Central Asia where people are ethnic in their characteristics enough to be anathema to outward migration despite the continual growth in population base. Feed manufacturing co-ops will be placed industrially, financially and organized labour will be legislated to thrive in this NE sector. Although major outside investors would continue to hold large parts in ownership in these type of enterprises there is a need to practice considerable labour union parity or peace so as to work the system.
As a matter of technological policy there is a need to optimize all feeding technologies to inculcate nitrogen (N) into either MCP N or escape N and minimize the effect of intensification of ruminant livestock production and load from waste handling and to avoid eutrophication of the water supplies surrounding and accessible to feedlots and farms.
A recent major story with piggery farming was precipitated by the mass farming of the Brazilian soybean crop, the outbreak of swine flu endemic in SE Asia (e. g. Vietnam and the Philippines) (and China) and the potential movement of seagrass hydroponics (via submerged culture). There is now mass farming of pigs by major players in the U.S.A. to serve both the U.S. market and Overseas (e. g. largely for the export market in China) driving the current mass farming of hundred thousands of acres in soybeans with inputs in fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphate and potassium) from China (in turn from other imported sources) with the need to solve the problem, for e. g. in the U.S., hog farm wastes which can fortunately be cycled back to soil if treated, but posing a pollution problem in terms of NH3, antibiotics and pesticide residues potentially leading to public health problems. Our specific proposal here is to involve farming hydroponically, via submerged culture marine seagrass species with XL-grow qualities, for feedstock to both dairy and piggeries, serving in the latter case more healthy and better growing livestock and to minimize use of antibiotics, potentially a public risk. There is also, no doubt, a need further limit our livestyle habit of ever increasing, meat consumption, around the world, and with increasing populations, to alleviate the heavy toll on soil and deforestation use including the denudation of the Amazonian rain forest in Brazil and potentially elsewhere. It's been mentioned that this can also potentially spread the problem to countries like Mozambique (another Portuguese-speaking country relatable to Brazil in South America) in the African continent. Amongst place that have a prioritized demand for porc consumption rather than overproduction are countries like Nigeria, Pakistan and Bangladesh in the world for the future with population trends.
There is already a heavy demand for wheat and resistant varieties are required to help stabilize supply and demand each year. In fact, a Chinese scientist has helped lead this area of research by developing a timely solution to this problem. At "SkyeBlue" of Port Coquitlam, BC CANADA V3B 1G3, we are fielding a new food variety based on instant wheat noodles (the same you get from a packet at the grocery store) for snacking for both kids and adults (e. g. on or out at your fun night) to be served with both typical and more elaborate spices mixes (also kn own as a melange), with extra garnishings like peppers or chillies and citrus (e. g. lemon and lime juice), deli meats, meat and seafood jerky pieces, fresh chopped greens- to be parboiled first and then fried and tossed in oil, as a start, in this enterprise from your kitchen rack and fridge. We call it in the Philippines with use of various light noodles or pastas an eatery type of "Panceteria" (from the native noodle dish- "Pancet" and the popular "cafe-teria"). We are planning to consult to set up such an eatery called the "Emporia" with both noodle dishes, oriental foods and cafe pastries with tea, coffee, soft drinks, highly sweetened flavoured teas like Japanese green tea machas and Indian chai lattes.) Will this start a new trend in wheat consumption and lessen a deman for meat? Maybe or maybe not.
To append this new story on wheat-based foods in Brazil (viz. also Carribbe, Africa, and the rest of South America) we would like to introduce to you our foodies website (#tag foodies, #tag Skye Blue Publications) and our original food idea for meat-based protein complementation of whole-grain (including non-gluten legume grained) pastas using in this case the e. g. of oyster-based proteins from biofermented single-cell protein (SCP) yeast culture [similar to making the well-known Vegemite(R) brand spread] and leguminous turtle bean-like flavour proteins for a special HQ-meat-protein based sauce with our proprietary Pepper-Peanut Sauce(R) made for noodles formulated for extra seasoning, oriental style (We also have plans to market this brand exclusively in the Philippine Islands.)
