We are part of an organizing alliance in Negros Province, the Philippine Republic, with an interest in influencing developments within the Negros Island region, particularly in Palinpinon, Bais/Tanjay, and in the NDA Region 7 - Central Visayas: Negros, Bohol, Cebu and Siquijor. The NDA - National Dairy Authority in the Philippines, is perceived to encourage dairying as a key product of livestock raising given the marketplace, demographics and consumer preferences using caramilk dairying as one outlet and conventionalized dairy cattle raising using common AIPBs such as with surplus urea-N and unrefined or raw sugarcane/molasses and sugarcane tops (SCT) that is either untreated, 'bio-siled' [including here more advanced approaches (viz. quite intensive use of biologicals)], or 'chemo-siled' (sulfuric acid/urea-ammonium, see below) sugarcane tops (SCT) - and/or with bagasse via solid-substrate fermentation (SSF) processed or 'yeast bagasse' with fibrolysis and added SCP. In both cases a solution of 'as is' molasses is sprayed to increase the energy density for higher producers and proteinogenic potential of the feed.

The initial establishment of seagrass culture started supposedly either in the Negros Island region (NIR) or Bicol region (BR) using pond culture in a 'closed loop' fashion by farmsteads between fodder fed animal livestock and its pond culture fed via fishpond culture and litter waste for both plants and fishes like Tilapia(preferred). Seagrass started the feed co. in both Bais/Tanjay and eventually in Palinpinon.

There is currently now a burden on scientific expertise for further R&D to produce XL Grow varieties to test economies of scale with both pharma, energy and fodders using closed biosafe facilities avoiding pollination by GM plant varieties through protoplasmic fusion. We encourage exploration by multi-national botanists, plant biotechnologists, and/or crop agronomists from either the major agricultural schools in the region or the north for both the Bicol Region and NIR. We are proactivists at SkyeBlue for the co-op industry between labour unions and investing cooperative affairs for the purpose of job creation and more robust economies in the region. 

The particular issue of whether the Palinpinon project used to be true as planned was whether a biosafe facility could be built by Filipino expertise using seagrass secondary alkaloids as pollination blockers in solution without escape. It is believed that further study of known biosafe laboratories constructs and practices with requisite GMPs will answer the issues involved.

Open ponds with biosafe housing as feedstock for energy and animal feed once built will employ use of non-GMO varieties (GEdited and protoplasmic back-crossed for stability) using a new breakthrough with "stacked" traits involving XL-Grow and the traits involved including optimization.

Agri-food with our functional food product lines (e. g. see: Raccoon Foods in Germany) will be an area for expansion. As we speak, there are 'L'Oleo/L'Oligo' (R) functional food product lines in the making and a gourmet food idea a pepper-peanut sauce or ketchup for meats, fish like salmon, eggs, as a pasta/noodle sauce, and salad dressings. We are slowly converting product ideas with our 'Creatives', testing product ideas to apply for IP protection and to place them into market (commercialization).  


A. Agropur-Co-op:


     (a) Hi-NEAA/Hi-HIS Yeast Cultured Supplements. These are e. g. s. to be amalgamated with cornmeal-based chicken and piggery diets with growth promoters as such and deemed organic. These will provide a niche under current standards for both banned use of antibiotic and hormonal growth promoters or factors in animal feeding. 

     (b) dsRNA (non-GMO) for silage and rumen/digestive management.

     (c) Alkaloid biosafety-contained HQ XL Grow mariner grass varieties for high quality long fibres from estuarine and pond culture with semi-purified ligno-cellulose (e.g. Avicel (R)). Proposed farm operations for goats, chickens and piggeries is G.V. Farmsteads of Palinpinon.

    (d) SCT farming for ranching as silage will employ for year round feeding both grass from pasture and SCT silage from sugar milling using an auger in a two-vat conformation with milling or fine-chopping to take place first, then mixing at auger with H2SO4 (aq) to delignify and add sulfure (S) to improve fibre digestibility and then neutralization in a second vat with urea solution (aq) again at auger to add nutrifying nitrogen (N) to improve also digestibility of forage, both for microbial digestion. 


Local 'Cara-Ranching' for dairy and meat (e. g. in the Town of Ayungon, a 2nd-class municipality in the province of Negros Oriental ) subject to employing supplies of oversown and managed lush pasture for high-quality green fibrous source with lower-quality feeds together only for these higher efficiency digesting animals given advances yet to be discovered in centre of research and learning like UPLB for the NDA Region 7 or Central Visayas region with ensilage of the common material of sugarcane tops or SCT, as it popularly known in places like Mauritius seasonally harvested but made available throughout the year for feeding with improvements in fibre digestibility either physico-chemical treatment (see: recent symposium review with the J Dairy Science, USA on ligno-cellulose feedstock and treatment) postharvest or with the biotech mentioned above for both ensilage and rumen digestion as 'as is' or 'per os' application methods.

B. Micropur-Co-op:


Re-uptake and Sequestration by Active Transport Processing of K+ and (PO4) 2- Conservation in Soil Microbes and Root Calli of Plants. Research is required to establish methods of soils enrichment with fallow using intercalated plant hedgerows with ploughing back into soils together with soil microbe cultures subsisting there.

This would represent a breakthrough in organic farming practices using microbial interventives practiced in the Philippines versus chemical intensive inputs.

C. Dairypur-Co-op:

[2] Low-cholesterol GMO Layers and Eggs (ducks, quail and chickens) Fed Histidine Functional Amino Acids.

D. Zulu-Co-op:

    (Palinpinon-Vancouver-area subsidiary) 

[1] BioAgroSil Feeds (BASF) Laboratories (Palinpinon) - Growers, Microbiology, Feed Formulation. Proposing to further investigate recent finds of (1) HQ long fires for improving protein digestion as (2) Avicel (R) or lignin in poultry diets to improve protein digestion. Various approaches: (1) down-regulation by GM of proteases in grain (but where in the grain and it's distribution is yet to be determined, (2) heat denaturation by extrusion and feeding, (3) Avicel (R) or purified lignin which is hypothesized to denature protein to optimize availability for digestion, and finally (4) yeast bagasse vs widely used and available bagasse-based feed can also be further studied using Avicel (R) with heat extrusion and pelleting.

[2] ZuluPolera Growers Co. (Palinpinon) - Growers, Tree Farming, Aquafarming, Energy. There is a movement in the biorenewables industry to twin both lignase-III systems to mineralize lignin to CH4 and ferment the cellulose fractions with fungi in tandem with Methanobrevibacter spp. Also CH4 to formate is to be shipped elsewhere for IBPN manufacturing to various infrastructural and capital products and consumables. The feasibility of this study for industry development will proceed, as we speak, with establishment where pulp mfging. is abundant and where environmental protection laws apply for the handling of cynanide-benzene solution as a chemical. Most likely in remote areas around the globe and where it is v. cold (perhaps for e. g. Siberia and the Artic).

[3] Zulu-Polera Feeds Co. (Palinpinon-Vancouver-area) - a subsidiary in Vancouver, B.C. CA in Feeds for CaraRanching, Piglet & Finishing, Fisheries, Goatary Dairying with Specialties in Functional AA Supplementation. Like the unique wheat based pasta, polenta, polera refers to the Indian golden yellow GE/back-crossed  & selected rice variety that we plan to develop in the Philippines and process via importation into the Vancouver market for export to China and the rest of Asia including the Philippines and India. Other varieties of pasta from rice and wheat, and flour starch from root-based crops with either wheat or rice may be marketed eventually in the African market and world-wide health food market.

[4] Genus Mariner Labs (Palinpinon) - (see: site) (To be ceded in partnership as collabs in future.) Priority is on capital-intensive agropharming production and HQ feedstock for biofuels generat ion followed by hi-volume use for livestock feeding.

[5] American Gryphon 5 (see: site) (Palinpinon) - GMC Car parts & distribution (import/export), we predict, will become available to our concept car or cab vehicles subject to further local investment in the Kabangkalan area by such American motoring concerns in concept mini cars and van-a-wagon formats.

SKYEVIEW: The growing coop movement will finally gain impetus from loans available from banques and stock investments and from share buying becoming more popular as confidence grows in these types of offerings. Industriaization stemming from the co-op movement is tantamount in order to attain a higher standard of living from higher incomes obtained from higher paying jobs and production of higher value-added goods and services. It is believed that the Palinpinon site will succeed. From "rice paddies'" humble beginnings three technological breakthrough believed through indigenous developments plus licensing investments with tech transfer for hi-tech farming developed and began it. These were: 1) XL-Grow varieties, 2) Pharma use with GEditing with "stacked" traits using CRISPR/Cas9 and 3)  Biosafe, weatherproofed overhangs in sheltered land sites with piped lined brine from seawater using semi-mechanized "estuarine" fishpond biocontrolled with solved anti-pollen secondary plant alkaloids in situ.
