CITECH started in 1987 in Australia under the aegies of D. A. Flores, our Principal in Australia at the Skye Blue Organization, our partner in Co-op, continuing developments in Central Asia and the stake America will play to further development in this vast region and the role the British and their future development with their localized banques to financier investments and technology & development efforts there. Trade will start with products from primary industries and there on to further diversification,which should be the next logical step.

CITECH as we speak, is dealing with the nutraceutical drug and food market for Central Asia but only with products that show redoundability or robustness, e. g., our saffron "golden rice", Annonaceous acetogenin dosed orange juice, and a food dietetic, a source oleo food product, based on flax seed oil high in omega-3 fatty acids for meat products and dairy. 

A newer development since 1987, with our partner, SBO, is the development of a multiplex machine that can do protein assays by gel electrophoresis with our proprietary "digital dye-detergent tagging" with laser densitometric physics amongst others a first application of its kind being the use of plasma protein-based biomarkers sensitive enough to monitor LBM status (viz. occupational-related stress, malnutrition, acute inflammation conditions) which may be implicated in preventing cancer risk when administering other PHNs such as anti-oxidants/anti-inflammatories (viz. chocolate, NexGen staple crops with "golden label", dietetic or 'medicinal milk', yet to appear on the market, & A. acetogenin - from Philippine guayabano- dosed citrus juices).

We are also working as we speak on a heart health PHNs such as the steroidal VitD agoniste (VitD-As). 

SKYENEWS: Co-ops of which we are dedicate here at CITECH Co. recently was looked into by the Philippine government wishing to push job growth through the roof. It was emphasized that "co-operativeness" is first based on sound science and rationality building from the ground up. It carries that precision engineering is the key ingredient for this (to take an e. g. - the sound bioengineered seagrass hydrobiologic culturement for high output, commercially viable parameterization) with considerable civic planning around their industrial parks wishing to showcase new technologies with infrastructural projects that are cost-efficient, adapted to the Philippine tropics, and with the capacity to handle the level of sophistication as part of the new "green" and sustainable built environment, in future.

SKYENEWS: Criteria drawn for stipulating the appropriateness of technologies with CO-OP vary from small rural farmers needs upwards to capitalization with plant operations include: (1) feed processing, viz. pre-treatments that have been discussed previous in various websites, (2) monocultural or horticultural enterprises for agri-food production up to advanced manufacturing of food products for nutraceuticals/PHNs as ready to consume goods on the market and another e. g. being an ideal would be (3) green fodder production for animal livestock rearing, bionergy generation and pharma using biofeedstock such as marine grasses and duckweed utilizing land-based hydroponics; lastly it has to be mentioned unfortunately as it is said that the still wide pockets of poverty plagued upon our societies or communities as in the Philippines is a direct progrom and goal of CO-OP free enterprise movements on the rise in this country providing instead for income, jobs or opportunities, skills and training and improved quality of life and hopefully will stem further population growth and limit migration and brain drain itself from the provinces.  

SKYENEWS: At SkyeBlue we are announcing a new project portfolio called: Organic Hisystems Production Project involving the use of amino acids (AAs) as nutraceuticals to modulate intake and metabolism (viz. growth and ovulation in reprod.) for meat, dairy (milk) and shell egg production. This is an emerging technology which can be applied to developing countries where intense pressures for increasing food production exist with continuing population growth with the option to use organic (to various degrees of enforcement) methods, viz. no hormones, no antibiotics; but with the exception of chemical-based feed synthetics (viz. AAs- e. g. TRP, HIS), and even use of the animal's natural hormones (e. g. Ghrelin)- for fattening cattle with clearing time. The study or portfolio was opened or sparked by our (see: Flores et al., 1986a,b) earlier finds that there are marked discrepancies in certain plasma amino acids in lambs fed ensiled alfalfa diets which can unfortunately can confound effects on intake response, unlike what this first author and others in the study implied in their approach of a correlative relationship between dietary factors and intake response, and that in particular circulating HIS at least in producing ruminants fed silage diets could be supplemented, for e. g. intra-arterially, daily HIS infusions to bring about greater development in LBM/lipolysis (greater lean meat production) with infusion of GRH--->GH due to HIS.  

SKYENEWS: At Citech we are striving to push ahead with the latest advances in laser densitometric analytics for application in detergent-tagged gel electrophoresis, as we have said in the past, for use in high-throughput, gel analyses for gene annotation products, routine gel-based assays of food and pharma proteins from biofermentation. We are announcing here again longstanding intents of our own to fuse the said technology with production technologies called: "Gelogicx Technology" for use with nutraceutical products such as heart-health fatty products for sausages and other deli dietetic products including moving onto artifical bio-meat products for vegan applications and nutraceutical milk products from bovine cows milk, as examples. We will update you as soon as possible about any other research initiatives (viz. Italy - Bologna, Florentina; U.S.A. - Lousiana, Texas, Calif., Minnesota, Wisconsin, etc.) as possibilities that we hear of. The other angle to our story is the use at Citech of a 'multiplex' version of our reader/detector for diagnostics/analyses (e. g. formats for luminescence, phosphorescence,    immunologics, etc. in addition to detergent-tagged dye absorption). We would like to approach a manufacturer based in Japan for the detector through a Philippine subsidiary and the 'multiplex' format through an agent here in Canada with possible manufacture in Pennsylvania, U. S. SKYENEWS: We have two new developments with HIS (AA) feeding as a nutraceutical with GE GMO stock farm class animals at CITECH using TFs and GENE construct technologies to: 1) boost milk protein product profiles in milk with feeding on silage diets for dairy cows and 2) lowering circulating cholesterol in layers in conjunction with multiple ovulation / shell egg laying. There are also new developments we believe coming along with the porcine model and fish in captivity for like nutraceutical supplementation.   

SKYENEWS: We are bringing to you three (3) new developments that we are working on at CITECH: (1) With the news of medical interventive gene technology such as CRISPR on human embryos we are coming closer to using CRISPR gene editing (single-gene insertion on the genome) in grain for food uses as a practicality. Still outstanding are the potential deleterious effects of gene rearrangements from genetic engineering and its human consumption internally unprocessed (cf. Bt corn for animal feed or as processed flour); our own "golden" rice which was finally brought to life in 2015 by the CRISPR/Cas9 and chloroplastid-based genetics earmarked for 2023 with markets based in C. Asia, Far East Asia, North America and Latin America; (2) optimizing intake parameters in poultry and turkeys using dietary HIS as amino acid and Ghrelin intra-arterially with implants in organic-raised poultry, considered as one of the most efficient and sustainable high quality meat and protein food sources on the market; and (3) bringing protoplasmic fusion technology to form somatic hybrids between related species and mutants and wild-types to boost growth attributes in plant parts (leaf, roots) and growth rates to optimize their upscaled prototype growth or syntheses of products (biomass, bioenergy).  An application of this area is grasses of the marine genre or variant for land blocked tanked horticulture.
