Description:

In the growing projected Far East Russian mainland we are planning a feed and bioconversion company for avian species (chicken feed, chicken litter, vermi-cultured compost), a lucrative meat producing spp. for the projected Russian republics food drive for hi-quality protein sources for its expanding populace in the region.

The following methods will be approached for meat production and feeding: 1) wheat and sorghum straw and corn stover and miscanthus and switchgrass as biomass for stripping of lignan biomass with liquid ionic deconstruction using recyclable solvents that are to be proven feed-grade, reduction with enzyme to oligomers, trimers, dimers and finally monomeric sugars (e. g. glucose) and their reconversion to starch or amylose polymer or simpler pulverization with carrier of glucose syrup into feed pellets suitable for avian cropping. 2) the recovery of chicken litter and valuable urea nitrogen (N) that can be refed as non-protein nitrogen (NPN) in the caecum and absorbed as nutrifying microbial cell protein (MCP) and digested products (amino acids + peptides). 3) the production of vermi-cultured compost from end-products of avian livestock production including feed byproducts, feather and bone meal and litter.

The company projected is centrally located at the coastal region near the Sea of Ohkotsk and should require both shipping by land, elevated train, aerotransport and sea using refrigeration technologies.

Company operations will incorporate considerations of: 1) square meter area per head, 2) ventilation, 3) ambient indoor environmental control, 4) animal handling procedures by handlers, 5) health and quarrantine protocols, 6) feeding and watering, 7) slaughtering, packaging & storage protocols and facility capacity or capabilities and features and 8) organization of labour, management and financing, marketing and other higher administration.

A subsidiary in British Columbia CANADA is foreseeable in the near future with the applications of wood waste pulp from wood chip used for both bioalcohol and paper making and now feed conversion unique to this resource-rich region in the world replete with silviculture. There is no proof of a similar activity at this time, anyway, of forestry harvesting and processing to product until more urban development is apparent that will make this also a practicable prospect in the near future in Siberia and the Far East of Russia. CANADA has the industrial capability and capacity, the know-how or trained labour force, replete with infrastructure support in place and the inputs in terms of energy, hydro, food supply, housing developments, local municipal governments and their combined services (viz. education, health, immigration, fiscal planning, urban development, etc.). The Okanagan in B.C. has been mentioned in the past a possible model for development initiatives.

1)Convert Starch for Avian Feeds first developed at the Univ. of NC, NC USA.

2)Ferment Fibre For Isopentenol Production first developed at the UC, CA USA.

3)Ferment Lignin : 1) Lignase (E. g. Faes, etherases and other anaerobic enzymes to mineralization endpoint; bread-making in Russia and compost organic farming speeding up process and saving on labour and chemical inputs, paying for itself.), 2) WSCHOs (saccharides, oligosacchrides), 3) APPs (Amino-Acid/Peptides Polymerics - ion-exchange resin packaged purified feedstock ingredients), 4) Additives from so-called Anaerologix Technology® to Ferment Fibre/Sugars with Lignases from Waste-Activated Aenerobic Fermentor Sludge Microbial Spp. and Fibre to Biokerosene and IBPN, Isobutanol and Ethanol Production.                          _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

SKYEVIEW: The Russia Hi-Tech Mainland (RHTM) is to take shape with a logistical station in Ohkotsk, Russia where rail transport (in future Mag-Lev technology will be considered) will offer infrastructure to depot fibre resource recovery (e. g. corn stover) using two industrial class technologies now even considered economically sustainable called ionic fluid pre-treatment to isolate the saccharolytic fractions followed by convert starch production using scale-up technology transfer to be developed from Virginia Polytechnic, in the U.S.A. using  immobilized enzyme technology to be used here for avian production (a more sustainable meat source) using recoverable feather and bone meal and poultry litter and to be processed and flash frozen and containerized shipped overseas to ports in markets such as in China, Korea, outer Mongolia, Japan, ROC, H.K. and Australia/N.Z., to name but a few of such a type of operation. Transport (refrigerated) overland will be by containerized truck and/or rail in markets such as China, Japan and Australia. Further to this is the energy issue of producing isobutanol (and even higher-grade, energy dense isopentenol in the future) although isoclimactic conditions may have the dictate to only seasonally production- unlike in areas such as sub-tropical Japan, Queensland and New Mexico). Russia may choose to produce products from their recoverable fibre-based resources primarily in Central Asia where isoclimactic conditions exist and then depot them from there. Wheat straw as a feedstock has to be further investigated. Potential markets for export of these alternative bioenergy sources are China, the Koreas, Mongolia, Japan and Australia/New Zealand, Down Under.

SKYEVIEW: The recent developments towards an inter-ballistic missile battery over the Russia's Arctic dome is news of favouring protection of vast mineral deposits or wealth in that region ahead to the Americas' push for like aggressive stance towards exploiting likewise these resources. As a case in point, we would like to propose that Russia further develop its Soviet Far Eastern sector for better infrastructural development to support population settlements and its growth over time and draw valuable technological and financial investment confidence in said projects to provide capital & human resource investments and skills know-how together with peace-keeping enforcement multi-laterally including United Nations (UN) (non-NATO) interventions to help preserve world peace and order in the region. Canada can certainly aide its relationship with this Soviet power (Russia, N. Korea, Mongolia and China), Japan, S. Korea and the U.S. in order to exchange in goods and services or trade, multi-national led immigration engendering further cultural ties, technological exchange for better R&D in the Soviet region equaling near world-class standards, even in areas of aerospace and aeronautics. The economic feeding chain will allow major industrial nations to invest along with fast-developing nations like the Philippines who ally themselves with the former Soviet republics to begin their longer 'journey' towards regional investment economically from their efforts or activity in the region within C. Asia and the Soviet Far East, in future. It can be assured that major technological advances are fast approaching including critical ones in transportation, energy, telecommunications, utilities, all-year agri-food capacity, housing and municipal urban settlements development with further planning, major life science & health sector-based bio-hubbed industrial activity and its greener, more sustainable technologies possible in this region.

SKYEVIEW: Marine resources will be brought to bear in the Ohkotsk Bay land-based territorial area for seagrassponics culture using GMO bio-contained hi-sugar and low-protease-heat-treated var. for boosting protein digestive utilization in crop-based feeding with our proposed technology of organic herbicides from plant secondary alkaloids which are being proposed as we speak at Swinburne Research, Melbourne VIC (AU) and elsewhere (UNSW, Sydney, UNE-Armidale, Queensland Univ. of Technol., St. Lucia) to further increase its toxicity on mother pollen cells yet to be screened in marine seagrasses. We are accepting Ph.D. applications at this time. See also: Life Producers Specialists, hum-molgen.de for the research consortium proposed for this research effort. Ayrshire vs. Jersey will be used for economic GMO sustainability studies with dairy protein food products, viz. milk and manufactured dairy products.

SKYEVIEW: As we have gathered from the consultants' story at Skye Blue and the Canadian agenda regards the burgeoning food industry in the Russian republic the reason for further foot dragging of Canadian food corporations for expansion towards the Russian Far East from Eastern Europe where NATO is based is lack of coordinative planning on Russia's part for infrastructure and logistics for food distribution, sourcing, production, packaging, processing & manufacturing - of basic provisions like staples (dairy, cereals), meat, poultry, eggs, fresh vegetables & fruit produce, etc. This will take expertise from locally trained labour supplied through Canada, use of Russian energy resources, the need for extensive trucking enterprise and equipment manufacturing and maintenance and addressing "green" issues such as "greenhouse" gas emissions from recyclable plastic, metal and paper products. Enfranchisement is also a major issue and major capital investments by local banks with overseas multinationals. The multinationals have no doubt a strong playing card in terms of facilitating, streamlining and extensively developing operations, albeit, based on existing limitations "on the ground" as conditions stand.

SKYEVIEWA Chinese-American interagency consortium is possible in future for the region on the coast of British Columbia within a hi-tech alliance embodying: aerospace exploration & tourism, high energy physics for energy research, information hi-technology, and biotechnology for agronomy and health. New countries China is relating to as we speak are: Zambia, Kenya, Malaysia, and as far as El Salvador. We speculate that China might have designs for aerospace exploration which intelligence reports imply also military designs such as base installations in these locations given the geopolitical balance in the world.
