Rubicon Genomics, Inc. develops innovative library preparation technologies that improve workflow, performance and capabilities for Next Gen Sequencing, microarray and q-PCR analytical platforms. PicoPlex™ WGA Kits, used for microarray library preparation, creates such highly reproducible libraries, that the it has become the standard in the PGS/PGD market to detect CNV and is widely used for locus=specific q-PCR.
Our technologies for NGS library preparation, ThruPLEX™, eliminate tedious purification/cleanup steps to improve the workflow and accelerate time to results. This products require low amounts of input nucleic acid while still providing superior results.
PicoPLEX™ WGA Kit and ThruPLEX™-FD Prep Kit can be purchased directly through Rubicon Genomics for use in DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, CHiP-Seq and other applications. We also have a number of partners who sell our technology optimized for their applications including Clontech (RNA-seq) and Diagenode (ChIP-Seq).
We continue to work very closely with our commercial clients as well as our collaborators to understand their needs. This allows our R&D team to invent novel methods to further improve our existing technologies. Rubicon Genomics’ kits are widely used for research and clinical testing and are available through direct sales, our commercial partners and licensing
