Founded in 1978, the Biomedica Gruppe distributes medical devices and life science products to hospitals and research laboratories in Austria and many Central European countries. Since 1988 Biomedica's R&D is developing ELISA kits for new innovative markers used in the clinical research of cardiovascular diseases and disorders of bone metabolism.
