translocation insertion (1;2)

I have a translocation-insertion in a nice girl 3.5 years old, apparently without any psychomotor retardation, except that she is not able to speak. The translocation-insertion is: the band 2q22 or q24 is inserted in about 1p32-35. Does any people working on chromosomes 1 and 2 is interested in defining and mapping these site?
