Wolfram's syndrome-DIDMOAD/PT Req.

I am the parent of a 10 year old female who was diagnosed with Wolfram's syndrome about 4 years ago. I would like to know if there are support groups of parents. I need to make some educational decisions for my daughter and I need some help!
