We have a family with 4 affected individuals over three generations with diabetes insipidus.  There are 2 in the middle generation - sisters. Our patient is a 2 year old girl, born to one of the sisters.  Then their father also was affected (but we do not have his records).
Is any one interested in studying this family's DNA?
