  • Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
  • Registration fee apply as per the date of payment.
  • Should your payment not be received up to 10 days prior to the event date, the Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel your pre-registration.
  • If you cannot attend the event we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 20 April, 2014. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite and a fee of QAR 50 may be applied.
Cancellation & Refunds

  • 100% refund: for cancellation up to 10 days before the event date.
  • No refund: - for any cancellations within 9 days to the event date.
