* Storyboard presenters	Approved storyboard proposals will be entered into the Storyboard Exhibition and competition and receive one free access ticket to the Middle East Forum.

Terms and Conditions

Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
Registration fee apply as per the date of payment.
Should your payment not be received up to 10 days prior to the event date, the Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel your pre-registration.
If you cannot attend the event we are happy to accept a substitute delegate until 20 April, 2014. After this date, name changes can only be coordinated onsite and a fee of QAR 50 may be applied.

Cancellation & Refunds

100% refund: for cancellation up to 10 days before the event date.
No refund: - for any cancellations within 9 days to the event date.

Method of Payment

Payment of registration fees is in Qatari Riyals. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Credit Card: Only Visa, MasterCard are accepted.

HMC locations: a range of payment centers within HMC facilities will be announced soon.
