Registration: An early bird registration discount is offered for registrations received on or before September 15th, 2006. The early bird registration is $475.00. After September 15th, the registration fee will be $525.00.

Also, a reduced registration fee of $350.00 will be offered to post-doctoral fellows and graduate students. For this reduced registration, payment and letter documentation from your institution and clinic or lab director is required and must accompany your registration form and payment.

The registration fees include the Welcome Dinner on Thursday January 25th, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday January 26th and Saturday January 27th. Also included is breakfast and lunch on the final day of the conference, Sunday January 28th.

The organizing committee may offer scholarship opportunities of up to $1,000 per person to help cover the cost of registration, accommodations, and transportation for this conference. The recipients will be selected among graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who have submitted above average abstracts for this conference. These recipients will be notified in November 2006.

Refund Policy: Cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing by mail or fax by December 24, 2006. No refunds will be granted after that date; however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. An administrative fee of $100.00 will be assessed for cancellations received anytime.

Cancellation: Moffitt Cancer Center’s Continuing Education Program and the Office of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) at the University of South Florida College of Medicine reserve the right to cancel this activity due to unforeseen circumstances in which the full registration fee will be refunded. Travel costs incurred by the participants will be their own responsibility.
